Together, as Changeology Learning Centre they have trained athletes, sports teams, gifted and troubled learners, adult and child survivors of abuse; everyone from the very young to the very old. These techniques work from cradle to grave, to help us be our best throughout the journey.
The Ageless Mind© The Ageless Mind - Rebecca and Glenn offer a workshop designed to demonstrate the brain's remarkable ability to regenerate, to grow, and to stay agile. Allow yourself to enjoy learning the skills, and experiencing the confidence of whole brain activity.
Changeology© Learning Centre has designed several programs specifically for the "maturing" adult. The latest research shows that the brain has miraculous healing powers and an ability to maintain clarity and full function throughout a lifetime. We of course understand that there are organic difficulties that may arise as we age but we know that for the majority of the population growing older does not have to include growing dimmer. Through our studies and experiences we have found a variety of activities that help insure continued or enhanced mental functioning as well as rebuilding lost capacities.
We work with the following techniques:
The Changeology© Learning Centre offers programs for groups and works individually with clients with specific concerns. Specialized in-services are available.
Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
We have found, after exploring this area for over eight years that there are many therapies that can and do aid the ADD and ADHD. We like to work first with the non drug therapies including Brain Gym and nutrition. Using these programs we have been able to keep many from ever starting on medications like ritalin®. Others have dramatically reduced or eliminated their medication. We encourage you to explore the possibilities with us.
Weight Management
